Claire is the latest in a line of popular star theatre and TV personalities to host Proud’s Cabaret All Stars show including household favourites such as the fabulous Julian Clary and comedy legend Bill Bailey.
Also returning to the Proud Stage in 2022 will be: the UK's favourite TV presenter Denise Van Outen, West End legend John Partridge and punk princess Toyah Willcox.

Claire Sweeney is an actress, singer, dancer and TV presenter best known for her role as Lindsey Corkhill in Channel 4’s Brookside. Following her xxx(year) stint on Celebrity Big Brother she took a star role as Roxie Hart in Chicago in London’s West End which kickstarted a successful run of leading stage roles and national tours including parts in: Guys and Dolls, Educating Rita, Legally Blonde the Musical and Tell Me on a Sunday with Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Claire will be joining Proud’s Cabaret All Stars inn 2022 fresh from a sell out UK tour of "9 to 5: The Musical”.

Joining Proud’s fabulous hosts on stage, award-winning cabaret star Pi the Mime reinvents the art of mime, blending it with dance, drag, clown and burlesque. Darlings of the Moulin Rouge J’Adore La Vie will bring their haute couture burlesque to the party and the infamous international burlesque show ghoul, horror diva and Brazilian bombshell Marie Devilreux is set to astonish.
Missa will leave audiences stunned with her mind-blowing sword swallowing, in tarnation burlesque sensation Ego Problems will set hearts racing and multi-talented Leonie Alert will be showcasing her dare-devil fire skills.

Each evening, Claire Sweeney will take to the stage to perform and introduce the audience to Proud’s unforgettable acts.
