Hampstead Theatre has revealed the complete cast for its upcoming revival of Tom Stoppard’s wild metaphysical comedy Jumpers, directed by Blanche McIntyre. Running on the Main Stage from 25 November 2026 to 23 January 2027, with a press night scheduled for Monday 7 December, this production marks the first time Stoppard's dazzling 1972 play has been staged in London for over two decades.

Rhea Norwood, best known for her breakout role in Netflix’s global hit Heartstopper as well as acclaimed performances in Cabaret and Pride and Prejudice, stars as former musical star Dorothy. Joining her as her husband, moral philosophy professor George, is James Corrigan, whose recent work includes A Doll’s House at the Almeida Theatre.

The cast also features Tim McMullan as Archie, Jason Thorpe as Inspector Bones, Jude Akuwudike as Crouch, and Scarlett Stitt as Secretary. Completing the ensemble playing the acrobatic "jumpers" are Joshua Arkey, Alex Anthony Fevrier, Nick Godfrey, Alex Houston, Laura Kenyon, Ocean Navarro, Dominic Owen, and Miguel Torres Umba.

Set against the backdrop of a radically shifting Britain where the Radical Liberal party has won power in a landslide and a man has successfully landed on the moon, George finds himself burning the midnight oil attempting to write a paper on ethics. Meanwhile, his reclusive wife hosts an extravagant election night party complete with a live band and gymnastics. After George makes an anonymous noise complaint, police officers arrive at the residence—not to quiet the party, but to investigate a murder that occurred during the bash, with Dotty named as the primary suspect.

Blanche McIntyre returns to direct Stoppard following her hugely successful production of The Invention of Love. Her creative team includes set designer Robert Innes Hopkins, lighting designer Guy Hoare, sound designer George Dennis, composer Tim Sutton, video designer Ian William Galloway, and movement director Tim Claydon.

Jumpers continues Hampstead Theatre’s notable run of seasonal Stoppard revivals, following past successes like Indian Ink, Rock ‘n’ Roll, and Hapgood. Tickets are now available directly through the Hampstead Theatre box office.
