Secret Cinema has announced the full casting for the return of its critically acclaimed production, Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical. Following a completely sold-out run in 2025, the hit modern live experience will welcome audiences back to Rydell High this summer. The strictly limited season will open at Evolution London in Battersea Park, running from 22 July to 13 September 2026, with a special gala performance scheduled for Wednesday 29 July.
The company joins previously announced principal cast members Stephanie Costi as Sandy, Giórgios Michaelídes as Danny, Lucy Penrose as Rizzo, Arcangelo Ciulla as Kenickie, and Ricky Wilson as the Teen Angel. Completing the Rydell High student body and faculty are Kieran Alleyne as Sonny, Charlotte Avery as Principal McGee, Em Barrett as Coach, Michelle Bishop as Blanche, and Ziki Buswell as Jan. The company also features Leah Dane as Cha Cha, David Fearn as Johnny Casino, David Heal as Leo Balmudo, Hannah Hague as Marty, Khyrese Heron as Putsie, Joshua C Jackson as Vince Fontaine, Andrew Jackson as Doodie, Imogen Kingsley-Smith as Patty Simcox, Jess Smith as Frenchie, and Jacob Stebbings as Eugene Felsnick.
Co-presented alongside TodayTix, each performance is a two-hour and fifteen-minute spectacular directed by Matt Costain and choreographed by Jennifer Weber. Every iconic song from the beloved 1978 Paramount Pictures film—from "Summer Nights" to "Greased Lightnin'"—will be brought to life by the high-energy cast and a live band performing against multiple movie screens.
From the moment theatregoers arrive at the Battersea Park venue, they will step directly into the world of the film. Audiences can fully immerse themselves in school spirit by exploring carefully reconstructed movie locations, including the Frosty Palace, the Autoshop, and the Carnival. Guests can train with Coach Calhoun, cheer along with the T-Birds, participate in a school choir practice, and enjoy 1950s American diner-style food and drink.
