The reign of the Tudor Wives shows no signs of slowing down as the global phenomenon SIX continues to dominate the West End. Producers have officially unveiled the new company of Queens set to take over the Vaudeville Theatre from Tuesday, February 24, 2026, with the show now booking through to January 2027.
A New Royal Lineup
The 2026-27 "Queendom" features an impressive mix of West End veterans and rising stars. Adrianne Langley (Titanique) steps into the role of Catherine of Aragon, joined by Marisha Morgan (Tina) as the rebellious Anne Boleyn. Jessica Aubrey (Wicked) takes on the soulful Jane Seymour, while Freya Karlettis (The Lion King) brings the fire as Anna of Cleves. Leesa Tulley (Why Am I So Single) portrays Katherine Howard, and Nia Stephen (&Juliet) makes her highly anticipated West End debut as Catherine Parr.
Supporting the primary cast is a powerhouse group of alternates and swings, including Tegan Bannister, Mary Elliott, and Ashlyn Weekes. As always, the Queens will be backed by their fierce all-female on-stage band, the Ladies in Waiting.
A Global Sensation
The announcement follows a landmark year for the production. In late 2025, SIX made UK history by hosting a special residency of the original Japanese cast, performed entirely in Japanese with English captions. This international spirit continues into 2026, with new tours launching in Australasia, Germany, and a brand-new Spanish-language production opening in Madrid this September.
Beyond the stage, the musical’s cultural impact remains staggering. The show recently surpassed 5.2 billion streams across its cast recordings and maintains a devoted following of 1.5 million social media "subjects" worldwide.
Experience the "Her-story"
From its humble beginnings at the Edinburgh Fringe to winning two Tony Awards and five Olivier nominations, SIX has redefined the modern musical. By turning the six wives of Henry VIII into a high-octane pop concert, creators Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss have reclaimed a lost chapter of British history with sass and sincerity.
