Stratford East today announces new shows and events for its milestone 140th anniversary year.
Bringing together an electrifying mix of comedy, improv, and poetry performances, the 2025 One Nighters and shows celebrate the bold creative energy and diverse voices that define Stratford East.
The full line-up includes:
NICE N SPIKY PRESENTS ED GAMBLE (Friday 7 November, 7.30pm):
An evening of stand-up comedy headlined by Off Menu podcast star, Ed Gamble, with a co-headliner and supporting cast to be announced in due course.
STAND WITH PALESTINIANS: MESSAGES FROM GAZA (Saturday 8 November, 7pm):
Monologues, poetry, stand-up and other performances, in support of and raising funds for Palestinian causes.
SHOOT FROM THE HIP (Thursday 18 December, 8pm):
Shoot from the Hip bring their award-winning, internet-viral improvised comedy back to Stratford East. And they've got access to the prop cupboard too. Featuring chaotic games, epic scenes, and ever-so-slightly unhinged performances, their Metro, Evening Standard, and Time Out-recommended shows are completely unscripted, unpredictable – and unforgettable.
